新年后目标

新年后的目标!!

1)实现瘦身的目标!!
(a)每星期最少有2天去健身房
(b)午餐随意吃,晚餐只有半碗饭和两样的蔬菜和蛋白质食品
(c)两个星期一次的甜品时候
2)好好照顾自己的健康

3)好好读书拼CGPA

4)保养疼疼自己,别人才会疼你
